Users can purchase Reflexion and host their website and email virtually anywhere. Your website and email is not required to be hosted at Servers & Domains to use Reflexion. All that is required is a simple change to your existing MX records.
The fundamental principal behind Reflexion is "Two email addresses are better than one, and three better than two...and so on". Many of our users understand the efficacy of setting up aliases to your primary address, now imagine if you could extend that to each of your outside correspondents...you could then track how every message arrived to your inbox, including who shared your email address with spammers.
Reflexion is far more powerful and has unique features built-in that enable you to automatically build a whitelist of only approved contacts and organizations. By accepting email only from people and organizations you have approved, not only will spam be blocked, you will never even have to worry about missing important emails due to "false-positives."
Beyond whitelisting, Reflexion allows you to create what is called "Address-on-the-Fly" email addresses, an alias to your primary address that will remove the chances of false-positives when registering online for newsletters, online merchants or just general browsing. The beauty of Reflexion includes its flexibility. If you simply want to scan the content of the message for spam, Reflexion provides that option as well. Here is a mail flow diagram that will explain, in detail, the flow of mail. The first security layer that Reflexion employs determines whether or not the sender is using a supplemental address, or alias, and whether or not it is Public. If Public, the message will be delivered to your Inbox barring any viruses. If the sender is using your primary address, then Reflexion will check to see if the sender is on your whitelist, and if so, deliver it to AV scanning, and if not, pass it through the Content-based filter. The content-based filter will analyze the content of the message, score it and determine whether to deliver it to your inbox clean, flag and deliver it, or reject it at the server.

Here's how it works:
- All email into and out of your business will flow through Reflexion.
- Blocks Spam and Viruses from arriving to your inbox.
- Each email address will have its own corresponding Reflexion User Account.
- Import a whitelist. If you are running Outlook, download this utility that will extract your address book and sent items.
- Inboxes protected by Reflexion are brought through a transition from "no security" to "security".
- Messages that are successfully delivered to your Inbox, protected by Reflexion, will have a small "control panel" at the bottom of the email, which gives the user information about the sender and
allows them to interact with the Reflexion server by clicking on simple intuitive propositions.
End User Control:
"If Reflexion blocks a message, will my users have any control?"
Yes, all end users will be able to control their own definition of security using Reflexion's Message Center. Rather than being responsible for keeping up with the myriads of tricks that senders of spam use, your employees or customers will simply be able to indicate how strict or sensitive they would like Reflexion to be. You start in "pass through" mode, and then advance to whitelisting or content filtering. Each user will have individual logins for their own account on the Reflexion server.
How will Reflexion be implemented into my domain and how will it be priced?
Unlike other solutions, we are able to offer Reflexion at a low price from 12 mailboxes or more, rather than a "per mailbox" price. Similar solutions like Gateway Defender are priced on per mailbox basis of usually $1.95 per mailbox. That can get very expensive if you have more than 1 or 2 mailboxes for your domain, as most businesses do. Now, instead of paying per mail user, you can now have Reflexion Total Control Spam protection for as little as $5.00 per month for 12 email users!

There is a one time $20.00 setup fee for up to 50 email users. Then pricing is as follows;
up to 12 mailboxes $5.00 per month
13 to 24 mailboxes $10.00 per month
etc...

How do I activate Reflexion and what is the setup procedure?
